Online Return Policy
Eligible returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original receiving date and should be shipped back to our Online department. For your convenience your packing slip will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label. No postage is required. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will not accept CODs. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition with the price tags intact along with the completed return/exchange form and the original invoice/receipt. When returning shoes, they must come with their original shoebox and all interior stuffing and/or shoe packaging. The return will be denied if the shoebox has been used as the shipping box. We cannot accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear and final-sale items, which are identified by a price that ends in $0.99.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed. Most returns and refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email once your refund is processed. Your refund will be given in the original form of payment. You will not be refunded for shipping on refunded merchandise along with being required to pay the returned shipping cost amount which will be deducted from your credit due. Online Exchange Policy
We are very sorry but we are not able to ship exchanges without direct notification due to that we carefully curate our items and buy in limited quantities. Allowing exchanges will cause overselling on our online shop. Please place your desired item for exchange as a new online order and we will process and ship it. Please return your item following our return guide. Once we receive your exchanged item, we will credit you in the amount of your previous purchase including the shipping cost of the exchanged item.
If you wish to do an exchange by speaking with us, please call us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise Mon-Friday 11am-6pm at (347) 384. 5798. We will place a new order for you, remove the shipping charges for the item going out as an exchange and once we receive your returned item, we will refund you back in the original form of payment less shipping charges.
You may personally exchange your online purchase, within the 7 days of receiving your order, in store at our Brooklyn Flagship location. You can make an exchange at that time for merchandise or receive a merchandise store credit valid for 90 days, for future use in the amount of your purchase less shipping. In store returns are for exchanges or store credit only, there will be no credit or cash refunds issued. No exceptions. Please note that your store credit can be used only at our physical Flagship location and can not be used for online. All exchanges and purchases made with a store credit are deemed final sale at time of exchange and/or redemption. No exceptions. Please read our In Store Return policy for further details. PLEASE NOTE: Sale merchandise, intimates, swimwear, jewelry, personal care products and books are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. No Exceptions. Due to the costly nature of shipping, International orders are not eligible for return. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. Wolves Within charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions as required by applicable laws. Please note that your onscreen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax in case of law change.
In accordance with individual state regulations, sales tax is automatically applied to your wolveswithin.com order if your shipping address is in NY.
Currently gift cards from Wolves Within are not available for online purchasing nor redemption. They are available at our Flagship location. Please call us at 347.889.5798 if you would like to purchase one or for assistance with redeeming one that was purchased for you. We will help you! *Please note, gift cards are not redeemable for cash or refund. Gift cards are treated like cash, if they are lost or stolen they can not be replaced or honored. No Exceptions.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, fill out the return/exchange form that comes with your order. Ship your package back to our Online department with this form as well as your original invoice/receipt. Your package should be shipped in a prepaid package to:

In-Store Return Policy
Items purchased through our online shop that are brought to our Flagship store are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No Exceptions. Store credits/xxchanges of Wolveswithin.com orders are accepted only within 7 days of original receiving date. There will be no credit or cash refunds issued. No Exceptions. If your exchanged item is of a lesser value then your original purchased item, you will be issued a store credit in the amount of the remaining balance. There are no cash refunds. No Exceptions. All Store credits are valid for 90 days and deemed final sale at time of redemption. All sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange. No Exceptions.
For your convenience, please note that our Flagship is located in Greenpoint Brooklyn at 174 Franklin Street between Java and Kent Street. Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 12pm- 8pm. Sundays 12pm-7pm. We are closed on Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
Online Price Adjustment Policy
We are happy to refund you a price adjustment if your item was purchased at full price within 7 days of our markdown. Price adjustments do not apply to sale items that are marked down further. Purchases made in store do not qualify for price adjustments.
I was shipped the wrong item.
We are terribly sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order! Please call us at (347) 384.2776 or email at email@example.com within 3 business days of receipt. Please have your order number and the item number of the incorrect merchandise that you received as well as the item that you were expecting ready. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label on us. Incorrectly received merchandise must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your prepaid shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we will hold it on your behalf and ship it to you free of charge, once the incorrect item is received back to us. If the item is no longer available, we will promptly credit your original form of payment.
I lost the paperwork that came with my order, how do I return?
If you don't have the paperwork needed to return your item, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org You will need to provide the full name of the person who placed the order so that we can provide you with your original invoice for your return. Don’t worry! We will help you!
I was refunded the wrong amount
