Currently gift cards from Wolves Within and Home of the Brave are unavailable for online purchasing or redemption. They are available at our Flagship location. Please call us at 347.889.5798 for Wolves Within or 347.384.2776 for Home of the Brave if you would like to purchase one or for assistance with redeeming one that was purchased for you. We will help you! *Please note, gift cards are not redeemable for cash or refund. Gift cards are treated like cash, if they are lost or stolen they can not be replaced or honored. Gift Cards are non transferrable between stores and may only be used for the store that issued the gift card. No Exceptions.

Online Return Policy

Please note: Purchases made with Discount Codes, Online Discount Promotions, Online Sale Merchandise, Books, Custom Ordered Rugs and Furniture, Jewelry, Intimates, Swimwear and Personal Care Products, Online orders that are not shipped and have been selected as INSTORE Pickups, are Final Sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

No Exceptions. For more information on non eligible returns please read the Return Policy in it's full. 

Eligible returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the original receiving date and  shipped back to our Online department using a tracked UPS or FEDEX. We are not able to receive USPS packages.  Wolves Within and Home of the Brave are not responsible for any return shipping costs and your initial shipping charges are non-refundable. We will not accept CODs. There is a flate rate re-stocking fee of $25.00 for all returned furniture and rugs of sizes 3'x 5' and larger. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. 

All damaged items must be claimed upon same day of receiving. Please send an email to for both Home of the Brave and Wolves Within purchases, include your order # and photos of the damaged item(s) and if you would like a replacement shipped. We cover the shipping costs for replaments. If the item is no longer available we will issue a refund once the damaged item has been returned. 

All merchandise must be returned un-used, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in their original pre-sell condition with the price tags intact along with the completed return/exchange form and the original invoice/receipt. When returning shoes, they must come with their original shoebox and all interior stuffing and/or shoe packaging. Packaged items must have their original packaging in tact with out any tears or damages.  All returns are inspected upon our receival,  Items that we deem non eligible and do not meet the above critea will be denied for a returned.  The return will be denied if the shoebox or packaging has been used as the shipping box. We cannot accept returns for items damaged through normal wear and tear and final-sale items, which are identified by a price that ends in $0.99.

We reserve the right to deny any return if the items fail inspection for use, show signs of wear and tear and cannot be restocked as un-used merchandise.  

We do not allow returns or exchanges of any kind for purchased items used for Photoshoots, Films, Interior Design Props, Staging or Corporate Events.  All items purchased for such use are FINAL SALE. 

 Online orders that are not shipped and have been selected as INSTORE Pickups follow the guidelines of instore policies which are all items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. There are no exceptions. 

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and approved for processing. Most refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email once your refund is processed. Your refund will be given in the original form of payment. You will not be refunded for shipping on refunded merchandise along with being required to pay the returned shipping cost amount which will be deducted from your credit due. You will receive a confirmation by email once your refund is processed.

Rugs Return Policy

All Custom Size Rugs Orders are Final Sale and are not valid for returns or exchanges nor cash refunds, each rug listing in our website state which sizes are available immediately and which sizes are considered custom orders.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for Custom Size Rugs Orders, each rug is made by hand to your request by skillful artisans.

Online Exchange Policy

We are only able to ship exchanges with direct notification due to that we carefully curate our items and stock in limited quantities. Allowing exchanges will cause overselling on our online shop. Please place a new online order for your desired item and we will process and ship it. Please return your item following our return guide. Once we receive your original exchanged item, we will credit you in the amount of your previous purchase including the shipping cost of the exchanged item.

If you wish to do an exchange by speaking with us, please call us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise Mon-Friday 12pm-6pm at (347) 384.2776. We will place a new order for you, remove the shipping charges for the item going out as an exchange and once we receive your returned item, we will refund you back in the original form of payment less shipping charges.

You may personally exchange your Home of the Brave online purchase, within the 7 days of receiving your order, at our Brooklyn Flagship location. In store returns are for exchanges or store credits only, there will be no refunds issued. No exceptions.  Wolves Within & Home of the Brave is not responsible for any additional shipping costs and your initial shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions. All exchanges and purchases made with a store credit are deemed final sale at time of exchange and/or redemption. No exceptions. Please read our In Store Return policy for further details. PLEASE NOTE: Due to the costly nature of shipping, International orders are not eligible for return. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact our Customer Service Team prior to placing your order. We are happy to help you! We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We recommend that you send the package back to us via UPS or FEDEX and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. How do I return an item?

In-Store Return Policy

Items purchased through our online shop for Wolves Within may be brought to our Flagship store for exchange or store credit only, no refunds will be issued. No Exceptions. Store credits/exchanges of orders are accepted only within 7 days of original receiving date. There will be no credit or cash refunds issued. No Exceptions. If your exchanged item is of a lesser value then your original purchased item, you will be issued a store credit in the amount of the remaining balance. There are no cash refunds. No Exceptions. All Store credits are valid for 90 days and deemed final sale at time of redemption. All sale items are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange. No Exceptions.

I was shipped the wrong item.

We are terribly sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order! Please call us Monday through Friday 12pm-7pm at (347) 384.2776 or email at within 3 business days of receipt. Please have your order number and the item number of the incorrect merchandise that you received as well as the item that you were expecting ready. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label on us. Incorrectly received merchandise must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your prepaid shipping label. If we have the correct item in stock, we will hold it on your behalf and ship it to you free of charge, once the incorrect item is received back to us. If the item is no longer available, we will promptly credit your original form of payment.

I lost the paperwork that came with my order, how do I return?

If you don't have the paperwork needed to return your item, please email us You will need to provide the full name of the person who placed the order so that we can provide you with your original invoice for your return. Don’t worry! We will help you!

I was refunded the wrong amount

If you were refunded an incorrect amount for your return, please email us or preferably give us a call at (347) 384.2776 Monday through Friday 12pm-7pm. Please have your order number ready so that we can further investigate and provide you with a prompt solution.

Online Price Adjustment Policy

We are happy to refund you a price adjustment if your item was purchased at full price within 7 days of our markdown. Price adjustments do not apply to sale items that are marked down further. Purchases made in store do not qualify for price adjustments.

 Sales Tax

Wolves Within charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions as required by applicable laws. Please note that your onscreen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax in case of law change.

In accordance with individual state regulations, sales tax is automatically applied to your order if your shipping address is in NY.
